Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Processing time does not include shipping.

Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g., major holidays, black Friday, cyber Monday), processing times may be slightly delayed. Large orders may take longer on average, but processed within 5 business days. 

Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping option(s):

    • Standard Shipping; Delivery Estimate - 5-10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
